MOTIVATION MONDAY: ABS

I love incorporating various types of ab exercises in my workouts! Crunches are great, but it's also important to do core rotations, as well as leg lifting and different types of planks. Keeping your regimen well rounded will help you form strong yet sleek abs and also build the fine muscles that are beneath the abs. (Yes we have deeper core muscles that help our posture and keep our waistlines small!)
