Ultrasound at 20 weeks!


IT’S A GIRL! Yes, Its true! Ashley will be bringing a new little princess to the company! This means more insight for pre/post natal clients. Ashley is equipped with new Perinatal Fitness credentials through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Clients and followers will soon be able to enjoy workouts and health tips safe for both the mommy and baby. How exciting!

Ashley has modified her workouts at this point. Currently, she is 6 months pregnant but she hasn’t missed a beat. She has remained active with various fitness activities such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT classes, and regular visits to the gym.

Posted above, she focused on training her core, biceps and lower body. She never piles on weight but surely makes herself sweat. She believes its vital to keep a strong heart and body…..childbirth is by far the most exhausting event in a women’s lives and Ashley wants to be well prepared!
